Play golf every day! Situated overlooking the 4th tee at Eagle Creek Country Club. In addition to golf, there are 6 clay tennis courts, 3 bocce ball courts, a large gym, an exercise room with classes, water aerobics, swimming pool, outdoor cafe and bar, and indoor clubhouse with member-generated activities.
The elevator is just a few steps from the front door. There are 2000 square feet of air-conditioned space, which includes a 500 square foot lanai. Walk-in shower as well as jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The unit has ceiling fans, desk, internet, wifi, a printer, three televisions, and is fully stocked with anything you may possibly need, including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and barbecue. Bicycles can be made available if requested. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two extra-long twin beds. Both baths and kitchen have been remodeled. Rent varies by season.
